Return Policy
Intimate belongings are yours to keep once you’ve slipped your hands into them.
We know — shopping for intimate gear can be a bit of a gamble at times. But here’s the deal: considering the intimate nature of our products (read: they touch all the right places), it would not be appropriate for you to return them to us once you have opened the packaging. In other words, all purchases from Top or Bottom are final. That applies to pretty much everything:
- Intimate wear items such as harnesses, jockstraps, G-strings, mesh tops, and other sexy wearables
- Pleasure toys, such as dildos, masturbators and vibrating rings
- Lubes, condoms, and intimate washes
- Accessories like collars, cuffs, leashes, masks and sunshades,
Once an item has left our (very clean, very discreet) hands, it can’t come back — not even if you claim you just opened the box to look.
Why No Returns?
We care about your safety, your hygiene, and keeping things sanitary for all our customers.
Would you want to receive someone else’s used jockstrap or pleasure toy? Neither would we. Once these items leave our (very clean) hands, they’re yours to keep and love.
What If Something Arrives Broken or Wrong?
If we slip up (hey, we’re human), we’ll make it right. Email us at admin@toporbottom.com.sg within 3 days of receiving your order if you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong item/colour/size
- Something mysteriously missing (like your lube)
Please indicate your order number and attach a clear photo of the product that has issue. Our team will investigate and get back to you faster than a double-tap on your Insta thirst trap.

For clarity, all items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for cases where they are defective upon arrival or delivered wrongly (e.g. items received differ from your order list). Top or Bottom reserves the right to assess the claim and offer a solution — refund, replacement, or store credit — at our discretion. So please shop wisely, read the descriptions, check your sizes, and trust your gut (or your… other parts).
